network initiatives
There are a number of benefits to joining the network, including the opportunity to regularly meet with other members to share ideas and best practice.
Other initiatives run by SWELTRAC on behalf of the network include:
- Teddington Bike to Work Week - events to promote cycling held across Teddington during June.
- Travel to Teddington Leaflets - all member organisations are eligible for free travel information leaflets containing a map of the town along with detailed transport information.
- Dr Bike and Cycle Maintenance Courses - free regular on-site bike checks for staff, along with a one off course to teach a group of staff some basic bike maintenance.
- Network Car Share Scheme - staff have the option to search for people to share their journey with within their organisation and across the network by joining the free scheme.
