About Sweltrac
SWELTRAC is a proactive transport partnership covering South & West London. We consist of 10 London Boroughs working in partnership with Surrey County Council, Spelthorne Borough Council, bus and train operators, transport authorities and passenger and business interests. SWELTRAC works closely with Transport for London to implement measures to promote the use of public transport and improve the accessibility and passenger experience of using trains, buses and other forms of more sustainable transport – including the promotion of the health benefits of walking and cycling. We aim to develop and implement proposals which make a major contribution towards promoting sustainable development, easing congestion and providing greater choice of transport modes.
