SWELTRAC (the South & West London Transport Conference) is a proactive transport partnership covering south & west London. It was first formed in 1994 by a collection of London Boroughs who shared concerns about transport access to Heathrow Airport. Over the past 15 years it has grown to now consist of 10 London Boroughs working in co-operation with Surrey County Council, Spelthorne Borough Council, bus and train operators, transport authorities and passenger and business interests.
