SWELTRAC - Uniting London's Transport

SWELTRAC (the South & West London Transport Conference) is a pro-active transport partnership covering south & west London. It was first formed in 1994 by a collection of London Boroughs who shared concerns about transport access to Heathrow Airport. Over the past 16 years it has grown to now consist of 10 London Boroughs working in co-operation with Surrey County Council, Spelthorne Borough Council, bus and train operators, transport authorities and passenger and business interests.

We welcome you to use this web site to find out more about transport issues in London as well as to learn about SWELTRAC, what we do and what we can offer you. We would be particularly pleased to hear from local businesses and organisations who are interested in developing a Travel Plan for their staff and customers.
